Deity Brendog Alloy Bars

With almost three years of development and testing on the World Cup DH Circuit the Deity Brendog Alloy Bars are finally ready for general consumption! Featuring Brendans preferred angles and Deity’s Gradient Butting Technology coupled with their Mono Heat Treatment Procedure this bar is sure to be a fan favourite.  Not only that, this thing is tough! Rated at more than 20% stronger than any other handlebar from Deity’s competition in the same weight category.

Who’s this item for: DH, Freeride, Enduro and All Mountain riders after a big, wide, burly bar that has the stamp of approval from Brendog himself.

Material: Custom butted 7075 T73 aluminium featuring Deity’s proprietary Gradient Butting Technology. This results in a lightweight bar that is compliant for braking bumps and chatter but stiff so it tracks well.  The wider centre bore spacing adds to the unrivalled stability while the Mono Heat Treatment Procedure increases the overall strength of the bar. 

Width: 800mm.

Sweep: 8-degrees back and 5-degrees up.

Rise: 30mm.

Markings: Yes.  The bars feature alignment markers to make set up and spacing of your levers nice and easy.  There are also measured cut marks for trimming the length and centre alignment detail so you can fine tune the roll of your bars.

Clamping diameter/bore: 31.8mm for maximum comfort.

Weight: 343-grams.

Pros: You can look as good as Brendan Fairclough with his signature handlebar on your bike. Tough bead blast and polished ano finish.  You can pair it up with the other signature items he has done with Deity to make your rig look great!

Cons: 800mm will be a bit big for some riders but you can trim them down.  These are only available in a 31.8mm bar clamp diameter.
