DT Swiss EXP 54T Star Ratchet-Springs-Grease Upgrade Kit

Replace a worn-out EXP ratchet or upgrade from the 36T to the 54T with these Star Ratchet upgrade kits from DT Swiss.

The 54T kits provide a nice and crispy 6.7 degrees of engagement for super responsive pedalling action.

Note that DT Swiss have done a tonne of testing and detected that a faster engagement isn’t always better and can actually create pedal kickback on some rear suspension designs. They recommend the 36T for most people.

Kits include 2 ratchets, 1 spring, 1 shim ring and DT Special Grease.

EXP Star Ratchet disassembly tool is required to replace EXP ratchet systems.
