SQlab are experts when it comes to bike ergonomics and their design principles are backed by science and proven with data.
The SQlab 802 2.0 stem has been designed to raise your handlebars in order to change your riding position and the associated pressure that your body experiences. By raising your handlebars you relieve pressure from your hands, wrists, arms and shoulders and redirect it to your sit bones, straightening your back and neck in the process.
The SQlab 802 2.0 stem is available in 70mm, 90mm, and 100mm to help you match the reach of your current stem whilst gaining the benefit of the +35° upward angle. Designed to suit handlebars with a clamping diameter of 31.8mm and fork steerers of a standard 1 1/8″ diameter this stem will fit most Mountain and Trekking bikes. It weighs just 144g and is finished in powder-coated black.
The top cap and countersunk bolt are not included when you purchase this stem.
